We will make home visits to those patients who are too ill to come to the surgery. Please make your request for a home visit as early as possible in the day, preferably before 10:00 a.m.
Please be prepared to give some details about the reason for the home visit, this will enable your enquiry to be dealt with more efficiently.
You can be visited at home by a community nurse if you are referred by your GP. You should also be visited at home by a health visitor if you have recently had a baby or if you are newly registered with a GP and have a child under five years.
